Please inspect your papers immediately upon receipt and prior to hanging. This checking must be done by the customer and not left solely to the paperhanger. Adrienne Neff Design Services is not responsible for replacing any papers that have been cut or altered once they have been shipped. Hanging instructions are provided with each order. Use a professional paperhanger for best results.
There is a twenty five (25) yard minimum to place a standard order. Custom colors are thirty five (35) yards minimum.
Color/print variations in hand block printed wallpapers are inherent to the hand-block process and are to be expected. Each piece of paper is unique and slight differences occur. This is intended and is part of the beauty of hand-made papers.
Complete street addresses, including zip codes, are required; Adrienne Neff Design Services cannot ship to a P.O. Box. Please provide your VAT# to ship within the European Union.
Delay of delivery
Quoted delivery dates are approximate and Adrienne Neff Design Services shall not be responsible for any delay or failure in performance for any cause beyond the control of Adrienne Neff Design Services such as flood, fire, war, act of terrorism, etc. Standard lead-time is approximately 6-8 weeks upon (i) receipt of payment and (ii) once a “cutting to match” is received.
There is no obligation to accept return of goods ordered in error. In the event that Adrienne Neff Design Services makes an exception and agree to accept the return of goods, a minimum twenty-five percent (25%) handling charge will be levied.
Merchandise must be delivered prepaid to Adrienne Neff Design, PO Box 844, Little Falls, NY 13365 - unless we have arranged a pick-up for you. Returns will be accepted and credited for items returned only within seven (7) days from arrival date, but only if uncut and in original condition. The customer must examine goods before cutting or treating, because no allowance will be made after merchandise has been altered in any way regardless of the reason. In no event will any labor costs be accepted. Quantities of less than nine yards of wall covering may not be returned.
Refunds must be requested in writing. Please allow thirty (30) days from approval of refund request for issuance of refund check. Checks cannot be returned to anyone other than the account billed. Credits must be issued to customer’s account.
Our merchandise is not guaranteed against fading or shrinkage through cleaning, steaming, and exposure to the sun or effects of wear and tear. We are not responsible for the application or installation of Adrienne Neff Design Services wallpapers. Costs and arrangements for all special treatments are the responsibility of the customer.
All claims against Adrienne Neff Design Services, including defects, shortages and errors, must be made within seven (7) days after shipment of the merchandise. Failure to make any claim within such period shall constitute acceptance of the merchandise and a waiver of said defects, shortages, errors or other claims. No claim shall be made in any event if the merchandise has been cut, hung or treated. Adrienne Neff Design Service’s liability shall not exceed the invoice price and Adrienne Neff Design Services shall in no event be liable for labor charges or any other consequential damages.

100% payment upfront is due for all orders.
Custom Color orders
There is a $110 fee for a custom color strike off. The strike off lead time is approximately 2-3 weeks from the date payment and color chips are received by Adrienne Neff Design. Once the strike off has been approved, order lead time is 6-8 weeks from the date payment is received. Custom colors are a 20% upcharge. 35 yard minimum. Please provide two Benjamin Moore color chips to match.
